 At Southern Staging & Redesign, we understand that preparing a house to go on the market is a  time consuming and overwhelming experience.  Having a home sit on the market with no showings and no offers is even more frustrating.  Let our expertise work for you. We have a service for all budgets and needs.  

Occupied Homes – For occupied homes we offer a Walk & Talk Consultation. While you take notes, we go through your home, with the “eyes of a buyer” and discuss each room. We will talk about the best ways to highlight the focal points of these rooms, and go over any changes that need to be made in order to make your house stand out in this competitive real estate market.  

Consultation & Report – This is a more in depth consultation with us taking photos and detailed notes to create a Custom Action Plan.  This Custom Action Plan takes each room and gives detailed suggestions that will make your house look it’s best.  Sent by e-mail within 48 hours so that you can get to work right away.    

Full Staging - To ensure that the house will be shown at its finest, our team uses our creativity & energy to transform your house, using your furnishings and belongings.  We can supply additional accessories, artwork and plants to create “emotional connection points” that entices a buyer to linger a little longer and envision their families building memories in this home.  The fee for this service is based on the size of the home, condition of the property and price of any additional accessories.  

Vacant Home Staging – According to the National Association of Realtors, vacant homes take twice as long to sell and the longer it sits on the market, the lower the sales price will be.  Based on your budget and goals, we bring in furnishings and accessories to give each room definition and warmth.  Furniture and accessories are rented on a monthly basis.  Although we will always work within your budget, prices can vary depending on the size of the house, the number of rooms to be staged and the needs of the client.    

Redesign – In redesign, my team and I will come in and transform your rooms, using your existing furnishings and accessories.  If needed, we suggest paint colors, floor covering, fixture upgrades and make suggestions on any additional purchases that you may want to make. 

Redesign rates are much more reasonable than interior decorating rates and we always work within your budget.
