Our Home Staging & Redesigning Services
- Walk & Talk Consultation $150
DIY home staging. While you take notes, a professional home stager will go through your home, with the “eyes of a buyer” and recommend changes that will make your home ready for the market. We will discuss traffic flow, condition, use of space, color, furniture and presence of clutter. This verbal consultation makes it possible to begin your staging tasks immediately. - Hands on Staging (Half Day or Full Day) $350 - $600
Your home will be staged with what you already have in your home. The first step in the process will be for the home stager to do a Walk & Talk Consultation and prepare a cost estimate for the actual staging. A design plan will then be created and you may be asked to make your home ready for staging by packing certain items, storing pieces of furniture and making minor repairs. The home stagers will do the actual job of staging by repositioning furniture, hanging art and placing decorative accessories.
Concerned that you don't have the correct furniture or accessories to use? No worries...decorative accessories and furniture can be provided by Southern Staging & Redesign on a rental basis. - Vacant Home Staging
According to the National Association of Realtors, vacant homes take twice as long to sell and the longer it sits on the market, the lower the sales price will be. After visiting the space and meeting with you, we will prepare a cost estimate, which will include our design and staging fee, rental fee for furniture and decorative accessories to give each room definition and warmth. Furniture and accessories are rented on a monthly basis.
Although we will always work within your budget, prices can vary depending on the size of the house, the number of rooms to be staged and the needs of the client. - Interior Redesign
We can transform your rooms, using your existing furnishings and accessories to give you a whole new look and feel . If needed, we suggest paint colors, floor covering, fixture upgrades. We may recommend furniture or accessory purchases, which we will be happy to assist you with these choices. Redesign rates are much more reasonable than interior decorating rates and we always work within your budget. - Continuing Education for Brokers and Agents
Real Estate Staging 101- The Consumers Guide To Real Estate Staging

For brokers or sponsers interested in offering continuing education classes to their agents. Agents will learn about home staging, what is included, cost & value, how buyers are influenced by staged properties, statistics & facts, how to work with a stager and much more.
